We draw on our experience in project massing and site placement to evaluate adjacency relationships and mixed-use programming. We run competitive market analyses to determine appropriate building amenities packages and provide direction for appropriate applications for subject building. Our team offers insight on the design and functionality of public spaces, such as the main lobby, elevator lobby, or residential corridors, and provides input aligned with the target market. Additionally, we work with external vendors to ensure the highest quality in branding (Ziba Design), public relations (Metropolitan Group), advertising (egg), and coordinating finance options for buyers (Chase).
