Patrick Clark

Principal Patrick Clark is Realty Trust City's financial leader, having spent his career building extensive professional experience in sales, marketing, project management, communications, and contract negotiations. A graduate of Pacific University, Patrick served in various capacities for two U.S. Senators, the Secretary of State and State Treasurer for the State of Oregon before living and working for seven years in Japan, Russia, and South Africa as an International Projects Officer for a major Japanese trading company. In 2002, Patrick returned to Oregon to team with Todd Prendergast, bringing his business and marketing savvy to the marketing of The Henry, the first luxury condominium tower in Portland's Pearl District.
